****FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY**** RECOVERY- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This purposed action will be against a General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) Northwest/Arctic Region (Region 10) Blanket Purchase Order (BPA) which was issued against an existing Federal Supply Schedule Program Contract for Professional Engineering Services (PES), for Special Item Number (SIN) 871-7, Construction Management, to acquire Construction Management Assistant and Commissioning Authority (CMa/Cx) Services to support the requirement to replace boiler, chiller, fan-coils and windows at the US Border Station located in Porthill Idaho. THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 (ARRA) THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The resultant task order will be awarded to a previously competed BPA contract holder against SIN 871-7, URS Group, Inc.; 9901 IH 10 W; San Antonio, TX 78230-2246. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499.
