- Item name Connector, Plug Electrical for NSN 5935-01-451-9983. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for items from the approved source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The approve source is Tru Corporation (92180) P/N TRU-7232-GST and Automatic Connector (94375) P/N 293-T2800Y, I/A/W DRAWING NR 94375 293-T2800Y REFNO DTD 09/19/06, AMEND NR A. The FOB, and inspection and acceptance point is destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of September 15, 2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. This is an Indefinite Deliver Purchase Order (one year requirement with two 365 day options). The requested delivery is 120 days. There will be various increments solicited from 3 each to 49 each. This is set-aside for small business. The Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies and services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interests and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice."
