- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: MATOC As part of Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recovery Act, this modification has been issued to HDB Construction, Inc., to perform the following work: (1) Begin base repair at the west end of the bridge, sta 42+10, west bound lane, for a width of 12 ft and extending 120 ft west; for a total of 160 sq yds. (2) Begin base repair 46 ft from the west end of the bridge, sta 42+56, east bound lane, for a width of 12 ft and extending 210 ft west; for a total of 280 sq yds.
