- The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 53180 hasa requirement for IUID production, The North American Industry ClassificationSystems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541512, IUID reproducingcomputer software. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed priceContract to Skylla Engineering, product listed below under the authority of FAR6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services willsatisfy agency requirements. Skylla Engineering, located at 316 Main StreetHumble, TX 77338, is the lead developer of the required equipment. Award isanticipated by 21 September 2010. Contract is to be FOB DestinationReceiving Officer, SPAWARSYSCEN, ATLANTIC Charleston, SC and shall beMarked For (M/F) as specified. Inspection and acceptance shall be made atdestination. The contract line item number (CLIN ) and Description for thisprocurement are: ** CLIN 0001 - IT SUPPORT. ** THIS NOTICE OF INTENT ISNOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES FOR ITEMS OTHER THAN THEBRAND NAME SYPRIS ELECTRONICE, LLC., EQUIPMENT LISTED IN THISSYNOPSIS.** The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sourceswith the capability to provide the brand name product cited above and willaward a Contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offerconforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to theGovernment. Quote is due to Ornette Adams, Contract Specialist,SPAWARSYSCEN, ATLANTIC by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 20thSeptmeber, 2010. The Government reserves the right to process theprocurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. TheGovernment will not pay for any information received.
