- This is an announcement for a site visit (date and time shown below) and a a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the cleaning of the Logistics Support Facility (LSF) Building at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, per the attached Statement of Work, Applicable Clauses, FAA Clause Sheet and Facility Layout Drawings. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in attendance of the site visit or preparing responses to this announcement. Therefore, any costs associated with the site visit or response to the RFQ is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This requirement is 100% set aside for competition among Small Businesses. Your company MUST be registered with a Dun and Bradstreet Number (DUNS) as a small business in the Central Contractor Registry website (www.ccr.gov) for consideration for award. The Site visit is Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 1:30 pm CST (Oklahoma Time). The site visit is at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), located next to Will Rogers Airport in Oklahoma City. For mapping services, you may use 6500 S. MacArthur Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73169. You will need to check in at security (West Gate off of Regina), so please allow plenty of time for processing. Attendance is not mandatory, however, strongly encouraged. If you are attending, please respond by email with your company's name, list of persons attending and contact information. Attached is a Statement of Work, Applicable Clauses, Facility Layout Drawings and a Business Declaration Form. Please respond by reviewing the Statement of Work, Applicable Clauses, FAA Clause Sheet, Facility Layout Drawings and submitting a filled-out and signed copy of the Declaration form (please submit electronically, email to address below). NOTE TO VENDOR: Terms and conditions which differ, in part or in total, from those contained in the clause documents will not be considered nor accepted by the Government. The terms and conditions herein may only be changed as a result of price negotiations, quantity / payment discounts offered by the Vendor, or changes to delivery terms / schedule for the supplies / services required as agreed to by both parties. In these instances, the Contracting Officer shall clearly document any agreements in the contract for the benefit of both parties prior to contract award. All responses to this request for Quote must be received by Thursday, September 23, 2010, at 2:00 CST (Oklahoma Time).
