- The proposed procurement is set aside for Small Business for NAICS 238220. The estimated cost of services is under $25,000.00. Solicitation will be posted on 16 September 2010. Solicit and award one contract for HVAC Maintenance at Recruiting Office in Meadeville, Pennsylvania. Project duration will be 1 year with 4 option years. All questions shall be submitted via email to Melissa.A.Svetich2@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted via mail to U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Attention: Melissa Svetich, 10 S. Howard St, Rm. 7000, Baltimore, MD 21201. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. No phone or fax request for copy of solicitation will be accepted. Additional information in accordance with the Scope of Work is included in the solicitation package pending FBO posting on 16 September 2010. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. You must be CCR (https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx) registered to access or create an account through Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). If you do not have an account with FBO, you will be locked out from obtaining a hard copy of the solicitation.
