Description

1.The due date for offers is extended until 4:00 PM on October 1, 2010. All proposals must be received by the National Park service no later than 4:00 PM on October 1, 2010 at the address in the prospectus. 2.The following corrections and modifications are hereby made to the Prospectus issued for Solicitation CC-GWMP003-10: A. Proposal Package: Principal Selection Factor 4, Section 4(b), "Additional general notes regarding the provided forms found in Appendix M attached to the prospectus", second bulleted item, second sentence is revised by deleting the existing text and replacing it with the following sentence: "Columns should not be deleted. However, columns may be added to adjust the number of years to the Draft Contract term, if necessary. Formulas included in Appendix M are provided by the NPS as guidance only. The Offeror is responsible for its financial projections and their accuracy." B. Exhibit F: Insurance Requirements Exhibit F: Insurance Requirements has been modified. Delete the Exhibit F: Insurance Requirements released on June 1, 2010, and replace it with the modified Exhibit F: Insurance Requirements. The modified Exhibit F: Insurance Requirements is available on-line at http://www.nps.gov/commercialservices/gwmp003-10.htm under "Additional Files".
