The VA Medical Center, West Haven, CT. intends to award a sole source award to Haemonetics Corp, 400 Wood Rd. Braintree, Ma. For the procurement of ACP-215 02215-110-E Automated Cell Processor Glycerolize and De-Glycerolize units. Due to unique Proprietary processes Frozen Cells units once thawed can be used up to 2 weeks longer. The attached justification for other than full and open competition reflects the rationale for this procurement.
