- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Veterans Affairs Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC), Columbus, Ohio (VISN 10) intends to solicit for Opioid Maintenance Treatment and Services. The purpose of this contract is to provide opioid substitution treatment and associated services to referred and authorized patients entitled to VA medical benefits as provided in the jurisdiction of the VAACC-Columbus. These services are to be provided to authorized Veterans who are referred by the Department of Veterans Affairs Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center, Columbus, Ohio. This requirement is a Definite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract, and the contract period will be for a base twelve (12) month period with four (4) one (1) year renewable option periods to be exercised at the option of the government. The electronic solicitation shall be released on or before September 16, 2010 and may be downloaded from the following URL: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation number is VA-250-10-RP-0118. The procurement is for full and open competition, with no set-aside. Based on the number of responsible offerors, and VA needs, a single award may result from this solicitation.
