- Description
- The Center for Acquisition Innovation Frederick (CAI Frederick) on behalf of the National Cemetery Administration (NCA) issued Solicitation No. VA798-10-RFP-0131 on August 6, 2010 for Cemetery services that include Upright Headstone Adjustments, Realignments, Resetting, and Backfill Requirements, Install Control Marker Monumentation, all Upright Headstone Cleaning, and all Turf/ Grass Re-establishment. The Contractor shall provide all necessary services, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment and reports to complete all of the tasks required at the RICHMOND NATIONAL CEMETERY 1701 Williamsburg Road, Richmond,VA 23231. The period of performance shall be 365 days from date of award. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes. The procurement was conducted as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns were considered for award.
