- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: Contractor: Jacobs/SEH JV, Contract Number: W912EK-09-D-0006 THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to award a firm fixed price task order for A/E services to include four field inspections, and four additional field inspections. The Corps of Engineers is planning on contracting for the supply of a replacement miter gate for Locks 27, Granite City, Illinois. The purpose of this contract is to provide Quality Assurance (QA) services to ensure the miter gate meets the contract specifications. QA will include review, inspection, and testing to the extent necessary to verify the product meets this specification.
