- This project is for the design and construction for the replacement of the tainter gate motor control cabinets, control components, control wiring and conduit, power feeders and conduit from the control cabinet to the existing handholes (located in the vicinity of each existing tainter gate motor control cabinet) at Wilbur D. Mills (Dam 2), Joe Hardin (Dam 3), Emmett Sanders (Dam 4), Col. Charles D. Maynard (Dam 5), David D. Terry (Dam 6), Murray (Dam 7), Toad Suck Ferry (Dam 8), Arthur V. Ormond (Dam 9), Dardanelle (Dam 10), Ozark (Dam 12), and James W. Trimble (Dam 13) Locks and Dams. The Base proposal and Options (If Awarded) includes all design and construction activities, equipment, installation and materials for the design and construction of a replacement of the tainter gate motor control cabinets (MCC), associated control components, wiring, and conduit. Asbestos and lead based paint analysis and abatement are also part of the base proposal and options.
