Description
This contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), with a pool of three contracts. The MATOC pool of contractors are for design-build, design-bid-build, and construction services to meet the requirements and time constraints for military missions, civil projects, and IIS customers of the Southwestern Division (SWD), primarily the Fort Worth District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. This MATOC pool of contracts is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) solicitation. The estimated shared amount between the pool of contracts is $30 million. Each contract will have a base period plus four option periods. A guaranteed minimum of $3,000.00 will be on the base period only. The Government awarded three IDIQ MATOC contracts to establish a pool of contractors. Once a pool of contracts is established, the contractors will compete for each follow-on task orders. The scope of this SWD MATOC includes, but is not limited to, construction, renovation, repairs and alterations, preventive maintenance, environmental abatement, and operations activities. The contracts are not only intended to execute new construction, design-build and design-bid-build, but to provide a timely response to remediation of real and personal property facilities, e.g., maintenance, repair, asbestos and lead-base paint abatement, and minor construction situations relating to, but not limited to, civil, mechanical, plumbing, structural, electrical, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), instrumentation, anti-terrorism and force protection.
