Description: The General Services Administration announces an opportunity for Construction Management Support Services for the St. Elizabeths Campus Consolidation program, Southeast Washington, D.C. GSA anticipates using funds from the FY 2010 Omnibus Appropriations Act. Per Amendment 04, this requirement for Construction Management Support Services will not be funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ("Recovery Act") of 2009.
