- CAPABILITIES SURVEY IDIQ DOCUMENT WITH REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION AND CAPABILITIES QUESTIONNAIRE Sustaining Engineering Small Business Competitive Contract The Warner Robins Air Logistics Center (WR-ALC), C-130 Mods Flight (GRBAB), Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, intends to award a sustaining engineering Small Business* competitive contract to support C-130 legacy (excluding C-130J and SOF platforms) aircraft modifications. The programs to be supported include, but are not limited to: Aircraft Defensive System (ADS) Modifications, Center and Outer Wing replacement, and Avionics Systems Sustainment. The contractor shall be responsible for providing Sustaining Engineering and Modification Support in support, including technical order development services and deficiency resolution. This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for a sustaining engineering small business* competitive contract. The level of security clearance and amount of foreign participation in this requirement has not been determined. Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey. PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS SHOULD RESPOND TO THIS MKT RSH SURVEY IAW THE ATTACHED CAPABILITIES QUESTIONNAIRE AS INSTRUCTED THEREIN. *To include potential set asides for 8a, SDVOSB, WOSB or Hubzone SB.
