Description

RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This post award notice is issued in accordance with the guidance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and FAR subpart 5.705. Contract number SB1341-10-CN-0024, Modification 2, was issued to Whiting-Turner Contracting Company of Baltimore, Maryland on September 15, 2010 in the amount of $8,935,298.00. The period of performance for the contract remains the same, Notice to Proceed was May 24, 2010 and substantial completion is February 13, 2012. Work under this modification is for Whiting-Turner to proceed with the coordination and purchasing of fume hoods, wet benches and other scientific equipment as well as the covered connector between B1E and Building 1.
