- 52.232-18 -- Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) -- Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEP 10. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 10TC781 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and DFARS change notice 20100908. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concern. The NAICS code is 337127 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is requirement is for fitness and sports center bleachers. Please state discount terms and note your warranty information. The contractor shall provide the following items: ITEM 0001: QTY: 1 EA DESCRIPTION: Wall attached telescoping bleachers; manual operation with pull tugs; 13: Banks of 6 row bleachers x 16'L; 10"D x 18"W Seat Modules-your choice of 12 standard colors; 24" spacing, 10" rise, intermediate steps w/ non slip treads; RADA truncations as required to meet code; provide 3/4" thick floor decking and a 4 horsepower system for the steel structure; one year manufactures warranty on telescoping bleachers; twenty year replacement warranty on structural steel components, nuts, bolts, axles, wheels as necessary to maintain the integrity of the original installation MFR Sheridan Seating ITEM 0002: QTY: 1 EA DESCRIPTION: Disassembly and disposal of 13: Banks of existing bleachers 16'L each; Dumpster provided to Lackland AFB Chaparral Fitness Center ITEM 0003: QTY: 1 EA DESCRIPTION: Add for electric operation and remote pendant control; non marking friction drive tractor motors FOB: Delivery Destination to BLDG 2418 LAFB TX 78236-5511 COMPLETION DATE: 30 DAYS ARO The quote should include descriptive literature and drawings and must be effective through 30 Sep 10. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies; quotes will be evaluated based on most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate quotes: Lowest price technically acceptable. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractors must have current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database at http://orca.bpn.gov.
