Description

The US Post Office and Courthouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania has a significant need for interior renovations throughout the public corridors. The project includes multiple aspects of the public corridors on the first, second, and tenth floors. The work will also include ceiling, floor, and wall finishes as well as devices in the ceiling. Bathrooms on floors one, two, three, and five will be renovated. The tenth floor renovations will include tenant space fit-out and demolition of remaining spaces. There will also be significant mechanical work, including the replacement of several air handlers and the roof drain system. This project is a large endeavor requiring a coordinated work schedule. It is anticipated to be completed over an 18 month schedule. Coordination with the Building Manager will be of paramount importance to insure that operations are not interrupted throughout the course of construction. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220. THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
