- Contract Award Amount equals $469,338.40 Recovery Funds, and $249,457.00 Non-Recovery Funds. Per FAR 5.7 this notice is provided for information purposes only; therefore FAR 5.203 does not apply. This project is restricted to the five previously selected MATOC contractors only. These contractors and current contract numbers are TJC engineering, Inc. W912QR-09-D-0048, PRUS Contracting W912QR-09-D-0049, FutreNet Group, Inc. W912QR-09-D-0050, Q.B.S. Inc. W912QR-09-D-0051, and T&T Construction Enterprises LLC W912QR-09-D-0052 for removal of the North Fork Wastewater Treatment Plant and have waste pumped from North Fork to be pumped by pressurized pipe to the Axtel Wastewater Treatment Plant. Plans, specifications, and Site Visit information are available for download at www.fbo.gov. An interested vendors list is also available at www.fbo.gov. The Corps of Engineers does not have a bidder/plan holder list.
