- This requirement has changed significantly. Please review carefully. The deadline to submit quotes has been extended. The 301st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial commodity prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The purchase Request number is F5A2MX0189A001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the FAR Fac 2005-43,Effective 02 Aug 2010 and DFAR DCN 20100713 (Amended) Edition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335313 with a size standard of 750 employees. REQUIREMENT. The selected contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to successfully provide the following commodites or their EQUAL: - 400Hz clutch type reel assembly for hanger. - 480 volt, 3 phase motor not to exceed 60amps for pulling in power cable assembly by engaging clutch assembly. - Cable is freewheeled out by disengaging clutch - Reel Assembly to be mounted minimum 18" off of floor - 100' usable length cable - 93amp rated cable assembly and E&F safety circuit - Scuff cover - Qty: 4 - 400 Hz Power Control Service Point (Page Industries 400Hz LPCU Power Service Point or EQUAL) - Remove existing Allen Bradley switch disconnect box with integral contactor and timer circuit and install Power Control Service Point - Monitoring capability to include Over/Under Voltage & Overload - E&F Safety Circuit - Accomodate Reel Controls - Power Availability Light - Contactor Closed Light - Power On/Off - Easy access for Input/Output Power Cable Assemblies - Qty: 4 Include installation and load bank testing per: UFGS Section 26 35 43 Rev Apr 2006 3.2.2 Performance of Acceptance Checks and Tests Perform field tests and conduct inspections. Provide labor, equipment tests instruments, and incidentals required for the tests including load banks, except the Government will furnish electricity. For all electrical load tests, use 1.0 power factor. Operate each Power Service Point in the On Condition driving the 100ft aircraft service cable. Connect resistive load bank at end of 100ft cable. Verify voltage at load bank test point of 120 volts. Operate the voltage trim adjustment of the frequency converter as required to bring the plughead voltage to within specification (120volts max). Repeat at the remaining 3 service load points. FOB Destination AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: This project is currently funded.
