Description
The Government intends to issue a Basic Purchasing Agreement (BPA) to vendors interested in supplying the following items, Bread and Bread products.Delivery shall begin the end of September through June 30, 2011. No single transaction under this Blanket Purchase Agreement shall exceed $3,000.00. Prices charged to the Government shall be as low or lower than those charged the Vendor's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions, in addition to any discounts for prompt payment. The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the Blanket Purchase Agreement. The Vendor shall take reasonable precautions to prevent fraudulent use of the Blanket Purchase Agreement including, but not limited to, purchases by unauthorized individuals, purchases exceeding dollar limitations, and purchases outside the scope of the Blanket Purchase Agreement. The Vendor shall document all purchases at the time of the transaction or delivery. Invoices submitted for payment must contain the following minimum information ( Vendor's name) Blanket Purchase Agreement number:) Date of transaction: d) Date of delivery (if different); Itemized list of supplies shall include Quantity, unit price, and extension of each item; Signature of buyer. An original itemized invoice shall be submitted monthly or upon expiration of this Blanket Purchase Agreement, whichever occurs first, for all purchases made during a billing period and for which payment has not been received. Payment will be made monthly in arrears. Payment shall be made by Third Party Draft, government charge card or electronic fund transfer. The government will provide a list of employees authorized to make purchases under the Blanket Purchase Agreement: Interested parties shall contact Linda Nelson, Contract Specialist, (503) 231-6763 or Linda.Nelson@bia.gov Interested Parties should submit a letter on company letter head, also with a current price list with the following information: contact name, phone number and Business Address. Parties must be register in CCR; visit the CCR website at www.ccr.gov.The Government will award one, but not more than (3) three Blanket Purchase Agreement for bread and related bread items to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Governmen.t, price and other factors considered. Blanket Purchase Agreement is contemplated with a Firm Fixed price. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 424460, which sets the small business threshold at 500 employees..
