- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): RJH Consultants, Inc., W91238-09-D-0044, USACE Levee Safety Program This is a task order to an existing contract for the current contractor to perform a levee safety Periodic Inspection (PI) on the levee systems for Reclamation District 0784 located in Yuba County near the cities of Olivehurst and Linda, CA (specifically Plumas Lake Basin, and Best Slough and Dry Creek). The levee systems to be inspected may consist of multiple segments and multiple sponsors per system. The purpose of the PIs is to verify proper operation and maintenance, evaluate operational adequacy and structural stability, review design criteria to identify changes in current design standards, indentify features to monitor over time, and improve the ability to communicate the overall condition.
