- The purpose of amendment 0002 to RFQ 2010-Q-12859 is to provide answers to questions received from industry. As result of this amendment, the due date for receipt of quotes IS NOT extended. Quotes are due by 2:30pm EST, September 23, 2010. The point of contact for this RFQ is the Contracting Officer, Vallerie Redd, at (770) 488-2845 or gfj3@cdc.gov. The purpose of amendment 0002 to RFQ 2010-Q-12859 is to provide answers to questions received from industry. As result of this amendment, the due date for receipt of quotes IS NOT extended. Quotes are due by 2:30pm EST, September 23, 2010. The point of contact for this RFQ is the Contracting Officer, Vallerie Redd, at (770) 488-2845 or gfj3@cdc.gov. The purpose of amendment 0001 to RFQ 2010-Q-12859 is to revise the RFQ in its entirety and to extend the receipt date for quotes from September 17, 2010 to September 23, 2010.
