RFQ175966 - Attachment F - BNL-QA-101 RFQ175966 - Attachment E - SCA Wage Determination RFQ175966 - Attachment D - Reps&Certs Form 10 RFQ175966 - Attachment C - Reps&Certs Form 9 RFQ175966 - Attachment B - Quotation Pricing Sheet RFQ175966 - Attachment A - Draft Contract RFQ No.175966 - Solicitation T he Offeror shall provide transportation services for a period of one (1) year with a period of performance from November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011 with option(s) to extend three (3) additional one-year periods. Said services shall be in strict accordance with the attached draft Contract/Purchase Order and all terms and conditions attached thereto. Offeror shall furnish school buses (44 adults or 66 children) with operators for a scheduled Shopping Shuttle between Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) and the Southport Shopping Center and Pathmark Shopping Center located in Shirley, NY near the intersection of Montauk Highway and William Floyd Parkway. Offeror shall also provide passenger vans able to accommodate fourteen (14) adults plus operator, which shall be utilized for on-site tours and special events at BNL on an as-needed basis.
