- Description
- The Department of Justice, Bureau of Prisons, intends to award a sole source procurement with EO Integrated Systems for a closed circuit television system. EO Intergrated Systems installed the original CCTV system and this additional work will be integrated with an existing system. EO Integrated Systems will supply all parts including software update, labor for installation, and a one year warranty as described below. The stauatory authority is 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1). Only One Responsible Source. The NAISC code is 561621. Interested parties may identify their interest and must provide evidence of their capability to respond by October 5, 2010. This notice of intent is not a request for competive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. Information recieved will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competetive procurement in the future. "McDowell FCI Security Additions Welch, W QTY. Vicon mini dome camera to match existing 14 Fiber tx/rx Central & S.H.U. IFS to match existing 4 42" L.C.D flat screen monitors Central T.B.D 4 DVR Workstation CPU Central Custom CPU to include all associated Hardware for transmission of Video to above monitor. 1 Installation labor All 11 Digital Video Recorder (Credit) Central Provide Credit of old DVR's and remove from site. 1 Lot Programming Central All necessary programming to add devices to PLC & Touchscreen as per the TDG's 1. THE FOLLOWING BID DOCUMENTS ARE ACKNOWLEDGED: A. Contract Drawings: Not Available (N/A) B. Specifications: N/A C. Addenda: N/A 2. WORK INCLUDED: A. Provision of a complete Engineered Shop drawing, and Product Data submittal package, suitable for Owner, as well as for field use to insure a proper installation. B. Provision and installation of conduit and raceway for 14 CCTV field devices at the S.H.U ranges and recreation cages. C. Provision, installation and termination of all cable, devices and apparatus necessary to insure operation of equipment. D. Provision, installation, and programming of new Digital Video Recorders. E. Provision of programming and labor to include CCTV call up via touch screens. F. Testing and Certification of all the above equipment. Training provided as necessary. G. Submission of closeout documentation inclusive of O & M Manuals, as built drawings, system software. H. Performance of EO Integrated Systems, Inc. standard 1-year warranty for Security Electronic Equipment provide by this agreement and listed above in the Schedule of Equipment
