- RFQ Price List COMBINED SYNOPSIS - SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS (IAW FAR 12.603 (c)) (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is F1M4X10172A001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-44, Effective 8 Jul 2010. (iv) This acquisition is being issued on an unrestricted basis. The associated NAICS code is 339113, the size standard is 500 employees. (v) Contractors shall submit lump sum quote with itemized list utilizing the attached price list for the following: CLIN 0001, for a Getinge Washer/Disinfector, Model No. 46-4 (Name Brand or Equal) Qty - 2 CLIN 0002, Getinge Recess Trim for one Washer (Name Brand or Equal) Qty - 4 CLIN 0003, Getinge 3-level OP Manifold Cart with Adjustable Shelves and Spray Arms (Name Brand or Equal) Qty - 2 CLIN 0004, Getinge Dental Cassette Rack (Name Brand or Equal) Qty - 8 The minimum salient characteristics are: • Must be fully automatic, microprocessor controlled washer disinfectors Processing cycles must be factory programmed with recommended treatment parameters for pre-rinsing, cleaning, post-rinsing, thermal disinfection, final rinsing and drying • Unit must be able to validate programs with secure access codes • Detergents and rinse agents must be automatically dispensed during cycle • Must have a double fold-down door due to the size of our room we are not able to use carts. 5. 5. Must be able to fit in our constructed wall openings; external dimensions shall be no larger than 26" W X 74"H X 28" D • The internal washer chamber 21-5/8" X 23-1/4" H X 24-3/8"D • Racks shall be removable • Exhaust System must be able to vent to the outside of the building to prevent moisture build up (mildew) and excessive load on HVAC System Quotations shall contain a complete description of item offered to clearly show item meets or exceeds all requirements listed in the Minimum Specifications. The quote shall include a detailed description of the commercial warranty and coverage. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered. (vi) F1M4X10172A001, provide Getinge Washer/Disinfector on Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. (See attached worksheet) (vii) FOB destination - Charleston AFB, SC. Offerors are to submit a delivery time with their proposal. (viii) The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award: (full text of clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at this website: http://farsite.hill.af.mil) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance: 1.Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. 2. Price. The Government will evaluate the total price of the offer for the award purposes. Technical factors are significantly more important than price. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Condition-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
