- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Solicitation N00421-10-T-0432 is being issued as a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ). The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 337214 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The small business shall provide either its own product or that of another domestic small business manufacturing or processing concern. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contact. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.ccr.gov/vendor.cfm. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as a written solicitation and quotes are being requested. A separate solicitation will not be issued. The government intends to solicit on a competitive basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Quotations submitted by e-mail neela.penmatsa@navy.mil by 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time by 22 September 2010 will be considered by the government for the purpose of determining a competitive procurement. Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision.
