Description

This is a draft J&A for sole source procurement of supplemental training kits for True Colors training. No additional instructor training is required. HQ ACC Acquisition Management and Integration Center (ACC/AMIC), intends to issue a sole source brand name combined synopsis/solicitation under NAICs code 611430, for 9,778 True Colors, Keys to Personal Success, Training Kits, from True Colors, International for distribution to our Airman and Family Readiness Centers (A&FRCs) in CONUS. This program has been in use at A&FRCs and we have staff members that have already completed the training. This is a commodity requirement for supplemental materials only. Additional instructor training is not required at this time. A draft copy of the justification is attached for industry comments. Any firm that believes they can satisfy this requirement with a brand other than that of TRUE COLORS, Keys to Success, may submit a response by the closing date of this synopsis of 22 Sep 10 for consideration by the contracting officer. Responses to this announcement must be submitted in writing to Karin Walls via email at karin.walls@langley.af.mil NO LATER THAN 22 SEP 10, 2:00 PM EST and should indicate applicable NAICs code, Small Business Administration size status and small business type i.e, 8(a), SDVOSB, Woman-owned, etc, if applicable.
