- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number M00681-11-T-0001 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-45 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS), current to DCN 20100908. The North American Classification System Code is 813110 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California has a requirement for a Coordinator of Religious Education. Refer to the attached statement of work (SOW) for the scope of the requirement. CLIN 0001: Base Year, Qty: 2,080 hours, Period of Performance of 01 October 2010-30 September 2011. CLIN 1001: Option Year, Qty: 2,080 hours 1, Period of Performance of 01 October 2011- 30 September 2012. CLIN 2001: Option Year 2, Qty: 2,080 hours, Period of Performance of 01 October 2012- 30 September 2013. The contractor shall provide a quote with base year and two option years (total of three years). Offerers shall submit a resume along with the quote for evaluation.
