- FA4460-10-T-0256 Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. (ii) This solicitation, FA4460-10-T-0256, shall serve as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 (Effective 02 Aug 2010 [FAR obtained from 554 ELSG/KSL]). (iv) This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 423120 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v-vi) The following commercial item(s) is/are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Aircraft tire bead breaker with automatic jaw adjustment. Must be able to operate on 220 VAC 3 PH power source. Must be capable of servicing wheels up to 34" in diameter. To include: 55 gallons ISO Grade 32 Hydraulic Fluid to service unit once installed. Model Number: Bauer 8621A or Equal. Pricing is inclusive of cost shipping and handling. The equipment will be delivered dry (with no fluid) to 19 EMS/MXMTR, Building 250 Chief Williams Drive, Cube 3, Room C3-2 (Wheel & Tire Shop), Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. (vii) The contractor shall deliver items 30 days ADC to 19 EMS/MXMTR, Building 250 Chief Williams Drive, Cube 3, Room C3-2 (Wheel & Tire Shop), Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. F.O.B. Destination. (viii-xiii) The provisions and clauses listed in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation FA4460-10- T-0256 apply to this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. It is recommended that responding offerors register on ORCA (http: //orca.bpn.gov) / ensure ORCA is current. FAR 52.204-8 mandates the use of ORCA on or after 01 Jan 2005. (xiv) (RESERVED) (xv) Quotes are required to be received NO LATER THAN 01:00 PM CST, Monday, 27 Sep 2010. (xvi) All quotes must be sent to the attention of A1C Lucille D.
