Description

Please use the attached “Contractor Pricing Sheet” to submit your response. This request is for informational purposes only. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) seeks to determine the pricing associated with procuring a wide range of hardware, equipment, software maintenance and support services. DTRA specifically seeks to gain knowledge of potential pricing under one or more of the following procurement vehicles: -DoD Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) BPA -Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions IT e-mart -NIH Electronic Commodity Store (ECS) III -GSA Federal Supply Schedules -NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement Respondents are also permitted to provide open market pricing too. Interested vendors are directed to utilize the provided Microsoft Excel pricing sheet to indicate costs and which items are available under the various procurement vehicles listed above. Respondents are directed not to modify the structure of the "Hardware, Equipment, & Labels" tab in the Excel pricing sheet. Add any shipping related costs to the "Shipping Costs" tab in the Excel pricing sheet. Submitted pricing will remain exclusively with DTRA personnel and will not be disclosed to non-DTRA staff. Please provide any applicable quantity or Government discount available. Any item in which the unit price is $5,000 or over is required to be IUID Tagged (see DFARS Clause 252.211-7003). Consequently, respondents are also directed to provide pricing associated with meeting the IUID tag labeling requirement. Be sure to list the Solicitation Number (COS100019272) in the subject line of all email correspondence. Responses are due no later than 1pm Eastern on October 5, 2010.
