Description

1) Q - We see from the attachment that you expect to pay for the unit by 9/30/10. Does the unit have to be delivered by 9/30/10 as well? A - No the instrument does not have to be delivered by 9/30/10. 2) Q - Is the 7 minute dat acquisition time meant to suggest that you are looking for a scanning spectrometer type of solution? We make photodiode array systems that are significantly faster than that. Is there any reason wy you might not want a photodiode array solution for this project? A - As long as the instrument can meet the specifications stated, we have no preference between scanning, diode array or other technology. 3) Q - Your bid does not specifically mention that you are looking for only new equipment. Are you contemplating buying a refurbished product if available? A - New only 4) Q - Do you require that your vendor be ISO-9001 certified to deliver the equipment? A - The instrument itself must be able to function in a manner which supports ISO 9001.
