Description
Solicitation number, SPM4A6-10-R-0704, IQC0076009052, 2950-01-563-8752, Adjusting Device, Belt-Chain Tension, Sleeve. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Approved sources of supply are Cummins Inc. CAGE 15434 part number 3104029 or Spartan Motors Chassis Inc CAGE 36MV0 part number 2066-AA3-801001. Non-Commercial and not CSI. Surge and sustainment is not required. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus for (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 171 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 43 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 43. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 171 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 342 each. The Requested delivery is 82 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Amendment 0001 will issue on September 22, 2010 with a closing date of October 5, 2010. Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 “Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items” applies.
