Description

On a sole source basis the Nation Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a contract to the University of Miami Center for Southeast Tropical Advance Remote Sensing (CSTARS) at 4600 Rickenbacker Causeway, Key Biscayne, FL 33149. CSTARS will provide integration, testing, and demonstration support for a Joint Capabilities Technology Demonstration (JCTD) to demonstrate access to commercial satellite radar imagery in support of GEOINT missions. CSTARS will collect, process, and disseminate commercial satellite radar imagery to evaluate, integrate and test prototype tools and architecture. The University of Miami's CSTARS facility is the only source for this demonstration. The period of performance will be 12 months. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
