- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 146 Airlift Wing is soliciting quotes for: 40 Each ANR Headset, 40 Each Adapters and 8 EA Headset Adapters for use with H10-76 Headsets and Motorla XTS-5000 LMRs. David Clark Company, 360 Franklin Street, Worcester, MA 01615-0054, to be delivered to 146 MXG, 118 Mulcahey Drive, Port Hueneme, CA 93041-4005. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition. The NAICS code is 334310 and the size standard is 750 Employees. The contractor shall provide the following items: CLIN 0001: 40 EA, Headset-Microphone, Headset-Microphone for C-130J, David Clark P/N: 40696G-01, NSN: 5965-01-483-3200. CLIN 0002: 40 EA, Cord Adapter, Cord Adapter for C-130J, David Clark P/N: 40697G-01, NSN: 5965-01-483-3203. CLIN 0003: 8 EA, Headset Adapters for use with H10-76 Headsets and Motorola XTS5000 LMRs, P/N: 18652G-57, Model # C7053 THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUEST. All vendors proposing alternate items shall provide with their quote adequate descriptions and specifications of alternate items to substantiate the OR EQUAL designation. Final approval concerning OR EQUAL will be made by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation number for this procurement is W912LA-10-Q-9003. The offeror shall include descriptive literature, such as specifications, brochures or other manufacturing information that fully describes the item being offered.
