- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a new replacing lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Jackson, WY at the Jackson Hole Airport. The Government requires 325rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 300 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 2 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
