Description

RECOVERY - Construction Management Assist (CMa)/Construction Commissioning (CX) Services for the Alcan Border Station Energy Upgrades Project, Tok, Alaska. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE AGAINST A PUBLIC BUILDINGS SERVICE (PBS) INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ), MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC), TO ACQUIRE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE ALCAN BORDER STATION ENERGY UPGRADES PROJECT IN TOK, ALASKA. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO CURRENT IDIQ MATOC HOLDERS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, ABLE TO PERFORM IN TOK, ALASKA. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain CM services for this Recovery-funded project. The resultant task will be awarded to a previously competed PBS IDIQ MATOC holder. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICs) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of R499.
