- NSN: Various items in FSCs 1560,1620,1650,1660,1680, 2590, 2840, 2935, 3040, 5340,5342,4710, 4730, 5998. Sole Source to Northrop Grumman CAGE 76823. Origin inspection required. FOB Origin. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for these items. Required delivery varies by NSN. Surge and Sustainment is required for 1 NSN included in the project. Various special requirements such as, but not limited to, Critical Safety Item (CSI), Export Control, Shelf Life, First Article Test (FAT), Production Lot Test (PLT), Tooling, etc., may apply, but may not be applicable to each NSN. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base period plus 3 option periods. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which varies with each NSN. There will be a Guaranteed Minimum Dollar Value established at time of award. EAD quantities will be the same for the base period and all option periods for each NSN. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. ESTIMATED solicitation issue date is 30 September 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select “Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)” from the menu under the tab “Solicitations.” Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
