- Brand name justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) FA4877-10-Q-0648 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43, Defense Circular 20100816, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2010-0402. (iv) This procurement is being issued under NAICS code 423910. (v) The requested training is being purchased for the 355th FSS on Davis-Monthan AFB. The contractor shall provide the following: 1EA- Strive S-101, Selectorized Arm Curl Adjustable seat positions for various trainees. Wide and narrow grip handle; rotating grips self adjust, 45% angled arm pad. Add on weights in 5lbs increments labeled in both US and Metric units. 1EA- Strive S-10, Chest Press Adjustable seat positions for various trainees. Handgrip design allowing for wide, narrow and neutral grip positions, foot assist for desired prestretch. 30 degree angled back pad. Add on weights in 5lbs increments labeled in both US and Metric units. 1EA- Strive S-103, Shoulder Press Adjustable seat positions for various trainees. Handgrip design allowing for wide, narrown and neutral grip positions, foot assist for desired prestretch. 5 degree angled back pad. Add on weights in 5lbs increments labeled in both US and Metric units. 1EA- Strive S-105, Leg Extension Adjustable seat position and center leg pad for various trainees. Built -in starting range limiter adjustable in 10 degree increments; 25 degree angled seat pad.
