- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to solicit a Full & Open Competitive Procurement to a curriculum review of the Navy ™s Drug Education for Youth (DEFY). The requested curriculum review will be used to better Navy ™s DEFY program. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on a competitive basis for this requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by the specified response date. The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced contract. This procurement will be conducted as a 100% small business Set-A-Side. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this notice. The NAICS code is 624310.
