- BSM PR 0027487106. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1650-01-115-3819, Valve, Solenoid, Cart, IAW Boeing Helicopter (CAGE 77272), drawing 145HS143 Rev 'A' dated 9Oct97 and AMCOM (CAGE 81996) procurement package 145HS143 Rev 'Basic' dated 30Nov89, p/n 145HS143-1. Approved Sources: ITT Corp (CAGE 73760) p/n AV11D1214-1; Aerocontrolex Group (CAGE 98939) p/n AA1738-01-1; and Eaton Corp (CAGE 99643) p/n 60740-10. FOB Origin. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 280 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-than Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control applies. Critical Application Item applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is October 5, 2010. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about November 4, 2010.
