This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for fourteen different positions for the 36th Wing Chapel. All solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-44. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 711510 and the small business size standard is $7.0 M. The following commercial items are requested herein. How to Submit Quotes Offerors are encouraged to submit quotes on any number of the solicited positions from one to all fourteen positions. Each quoted price must be clearly identified to one and only one of the solicited positions above. To submit a quote: 1. Fill in the price per service unit for each and every position quoted in the space reserved for the price per unit for the respective position in the format provided above. And 2. Provide supporting documents sufficient to demonstrate qualifications (Work History and/or Past Performance Information and/or Resume, etc.). And 3. Submit the price quote information and supporting documents via email to Mr. Michael Wedekind at michael.wedekind@andersen.af.mil, also copy Mr. Keith Beem at keith.beem@andersen.af.mil. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail not later than 4PM Guam Local Time (ChST) on Monday 27 September/2AM Eastern Daylight Time on Monday 27 Spetember 2010. Oral Quotes will not be accepted. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. Services are to be delivered FOB destination at Andersen AFB Guam 96929. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items apply. Proposals will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the proposal representing the best value to the government. Award for each of the fourteen solicited positions will be based on experience and price. Experience is more important than price.
