- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written notice will not be issued. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns under NAICS Code 334513 with a size standard of 500 Employees. The solicitation number is W912HZ-0259-2453 and is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). This solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 and evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The USACE, Engineer Research & Development Center has a requirement for the purchase of a panel mount industrial grade PC that is manufactured by Allen Bradley to upgrade the existing Richard B. Russell Dam and Power Plant fish deterrent system. This purchase will be made using funds appropriated by the AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. This requirement consists of (1) line item: Line Item 0001: PART NO. 6181P-17TPXPH ALLEN BRADLEY PANEL MOUNT PC, Quantity: 1, Unit: EACH, Unit Price: ___________, Total Amount_______ The delivery address for this purchase is Richard B. Russell Dam, 4144 Russell Dam Drive, Elberton, GA 30635. Award shall be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is determined to be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. All interested firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR Provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
