- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M6700107Q0009 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for all qualified small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 711130 and the small business size standard is 100. Line Item #0001: Music/Choir Director to provide appropriate musical accompaniment for the Protestant Worship Services or other activities. Period of Performance is from October 01, 2010 “September 29, 2010 with option year 01 October 2011 -30 September 2012. Services are to be peformed at the Base Chapel, Bldg 7250, Covella Pond and at MCCS Baquet Rooms aboard MCLB Albany, GA 31704-0352. (SEE ATTACHMENT STATEMENT OF WORK) Provide delivery days after receipt of order. Quote will include descriptive literature, warranty, and insurance information.
