Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice that the Southern Region Contracting Office-East intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Candela Corporation, Wayland, MA 01778-1833. The solicitation number is W91YTV-10-T-0355. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). All responsible responses will be considered for future requirements. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is: 811219. Small Business Size Standard is $7.0 M. This requirement is unrestricted.
