Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4530258A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, effective date 2 Aug 2010; Defense DCN 20100908, amended edition; and AFAC 2010-0903 effective date 3 Sep 2010. This will be a competitive acquisition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334517. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. Travis AFB intends to award purchase for: CLIN0001: Basic Support Agreement for VARiS.ARIA CLIN0002: Basic Support Agreement for Eclipse CLIN0003: Gold Fixed Support Agreement for iX Series with the following accessories: Multi-Leaf Collimator Portal Vision RPM Respiratory Gating On-Board Imaging Rapid Arc Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
