Description

NSN 1670-00-834-8347, Harness, Personnel Parachute, Back. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 64, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 172, Max Contract Qty per year is 316. Orders are to be shipped within 205 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Qualified Products List applies. Only offers providing item manufactured by approved sources are acceptable. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is October 06, 2010 with a closing date of November 08, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date.
