- RECOVERY - THIS ACTION IS FUNDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Federal Transit Administration has awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee task order to a PMO contractor with a current IDIQ contract which was initially awarded as a result of a full and open competition for PMO services. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act contains specific acquisition requirements that must be met when using funds appropriated by the Act and this acquisition complies. The current PMO contract vehicle was deemed to be in the best interest of the government and in compliance with the goals of the Recovery Act.
