- Wing Tactical Product Listing This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT930263A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43 2 Aug 10, Defense DCN 20100908, and AFAC 2010-0903 20100903. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315211. The business size standard is 500 Employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 8465. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5136. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order contract for wing tactical equipment. See attached product listing. Please include all shipping charges and an estimated delivery date in your quote. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
