Description
RECOVERY: Project Execution and Integration (PEI) Services Contract Task Order Award THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. A Task Order Modification was issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of competitively award Contract DE-FE0004003 Modification 031. The work to be achieved under this task order shall be performed using funds obligated under this contract, appropriated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 1115 (Recovery Act). Task Order TSK4003.530.02 entitled "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) ? Energy Delivery Technologies Division Support" was issued to KeyLogic Systems, Incorporated of Morgantown, West Virginia. (DUNS: 054303180) The total estimated value of this task order is $864,000. The work to be conducted under this task order specifically involves services to support implementing, managing, assessing and monitoring projects. A project is defined as an individual activity conducted under the laboratories programs and sub-programs (a definitely formulated piece of research). The Contractor shall provide technical and administrative support services for project execution, implementation and management as well as provide general assistance for other project related activities, such as acquisition planning, validation assessments and studies, development of information and material to be used for outreach activities, and training. These complex administrative tasks are anticipated to require integration and synthesis of information and workflow from multiple technical service areas. The desired result of these cross-cutting and integrated efforts is efficient and effective management of initiatives throughout the lifetime of the task. The Task Order is being issued on a Cost-Plus-Award-Fee basis. Project Activities require the application of a mix of technical expertise in scientific and engineering disciplines. The number and duration of activities is uncertain, thereby resulting in the need for a cost reimbursement task order.
